The List, Jr.

Last night during a rollicking pre-bedtime game of Truth or Dare I asked my olders what qualities they thought were most important in the man they hoped to marry someday. After a brief discussion defining the term "qualities" they jumped right on board.

Grace's List:
  1. Smart
  2. Brave
  3. Happy
  4. Brave (did I already say that one?)
  5. Impressive ("what does that mean, Grace?" "I think it means cool")
  6. Strong
  7. Chubby. Wait, I mean, skinny. No....Chubby. No, actually, yeah--skinny. Like me.
Mia's List:
  1. Luc
  2. as (get it, mom? Like, Luc-as? Hahahaha. Editorial note: don't ask.)
  3. Strong muscles
  4. very good at swimming (Grace: "Argh! I should have said 'lifeguard' on mine!!!")
  5. smells very good
  6. wears boy undies and not girl undies
I think I have nothing to add to this conversation.

Tessa (I guess because of all this V-day talk) recently told me that boys she wants to date should: listen to the teacher (it's a good sign), be nice (definitely), and be good at sports (sure, why not?).
